Hi all,

This is my first posting I have been looking around the forum before posting but I couldn't find an answer to my question.

I am a Nigerian citizen with an EEA permit which was obtain through my daughter an Italian national, I have been working and paying tax since my EEA was issue.

My question is I do have 2 other of my children in UK age 12 and 15 with me at the moment and I was thinking of making an application for them as they leave with me and they are my dependent.

Can I sponsor them since I am working or I can't not pass on my EEA status to my children.

If you are working and paying tax you are not (or no longer) dependent on your daughter. You have no right to remain in the UK on that basis. Therefore you children's rights to remain through you will not be applicable.
Are you currently living with your Italian daughter?

Are you saying if I'm not working and continue to be dependent on my daughter my children could stay with me in the UK?

Anyway I'm only working because I'm bored staying at home doing nothing my daughter is currently paying my house rent and council tax, so for me stop working wouldn't be a problem
