When you make your application, you must provide:

your valid passport;
the EEA or Swiss national's valid passport or identity card;
evidence of your relationship to the EEA or Swiss national; and
2 passport-style photographs of you.

You must also provide:

evidence that the EEA or Swiss national is currently exercising European Treaty rights in the UK, if you are applying for a residence card or a family member residence stamp - the Residence documents for EEA citizens page explains what European Treaty rights are; or
evidence that you have a right to permanent residence, if you are applying for confirmation of that right.

thank you my bro
But we will going to apply for the EEA family permit after marriage

Or I will get it because of the EU Law?
By the way she is Polish not Swiss
Thank u brother

there is big possibility refuse/rejected your application, even i have polish resident permit since 2008, but i am worried, secondly, if person get eea1 permit, whilst uk must apply eea2 permit more harder. someone can think that i am married with eu citizen but nevermind helps for nothing. It is not important that she is polish, important that you are egyptian.

p.s i m turk

I married and genuine, who can know that genuine, everything depends on workers, they can decide easily that fake marriage, i have experience, if person from russian, iran, turkey or other middle east countries, everything is more harder, for example argentinian can have fake marriage, but i have genuine marriage, nevermind argentinian will get it,
