FAMILY PERMIT - A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION

I have a concern about a new immigration law that the British government published on February 29, 2012. This law speaks about the migrants wishing to settle in UK and they should earn an annual salary of £ 35,000 to stay. Please help me to know if this new law affects to those ones who are going to UK with a Family Permit.

In my case, my wife is a citizen of an EEA country and I am a non-European citizen

This is the web link which gives information in detail about what I mention lines up:

Thank you for your help.

If you read the title, and the article it clearly states its for the TIER 5 Migrant worker and concerns their settlement.

It does not apply to EU citizens and their non EU family members.

Not applicable for the EEA route.
