Has anyone been able to call the contact centre recently?

I have been trying to call on the following number but with no luck.

I wait for about 10 mins and eventually the line goes dead..

Any ideas?

The lind does not go dead. You still need to wait few seconds more and it will put you through to another extention, where you may need to be on hold. Try to call early morning around 9am. Sometime they response you within a min, or somtime 15 _ 20 mins (my experience)
