Hi

I am in the process of applying for an EEA 2 through my EEA partner

I am also paying for my brothers uni fees and he is completly dependant on me for paying for his life style

Could he apply as a dependant? even though he is over 18?

She is my married partner i,e wife

But he isnt dependant on her, he is dependant on me
