just wondering if i could apply for a rc based on unmarried partner.me and partener(eea) have been living together for 14 months and we've been together for over 2.5 years .but i only have bills etc for last 14 months .I have loads of phots when we were on holidays and photos with my eea partners family tc.I am on tier 4 student visa which ends in 11/2013.Ive been in uk over 8 years .it will be 10 years on 08/13.please help if qualify under unmarried partner? thank you.

You should wait until you have proof of living together for at least two years.

thank you both.some people say that you dont need two year co hab in order to qualify its confusing.one more thing what is eea 1?.does my partner need to apply for this?he is working full time been here 3 years eea national.than you very much for your responses.
