Hi if anyone help me out on it.

One of my friend finished his MBA in this country Jan 2012 as a international student. Later he applied for ILR under 10 years long residency rule and he had given ILR on Apr 2012. Now he is planing to study Law under graduate level from coming September 2012. Now question is will he be able to study as a Home Student and also will he be entitled for student loan for his study.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Note that even if he falls under one of the home student categories he may not be entitled to funding or to pay home fees if he already has an Mba. He should speak to the student finance advisors at his potential university.

See who qualifies for student finance

As far as I know, the rules for PGs are not the same as those for UG applicants. Sometimes it even depends on the research/study scheme which is involved. General statements cannot be made.
