Evidence of absensce(Work related,Compelling,compassionate)

Hi All
I am due to apply for my ILR in couple of months time.
I am confused with the evidence to be submitted to home office at the time of application. In the last 5 years i have been working as contractor and permanent employee, and almost every year i have taken time off work to go on holiday/see my family abroad.
Total Days Spent out of UK=125, Breakdown is below
2009=53(Contractor)
2010=21(Contractor)
2011=21(Permanent)
2012=22 (Permanent)
2013=7 (Permanent)
What evidence is needed to support reasons for absenses from UK?
Is there a problem with the number of days i have spent abroad?
