Dear Member,

I totally confused, don't know what to do! Many people advice in many way! please help

I came to UK on 3rd September 2004 as student. Convert into Tier 1 General on 7th July 2009 (3 years).Got first extension for 2 years in June 2012 until 7th July 2014.

Between 1st August 2012 to 25th June 2013 which is more than 180 days, I was outside UK due to my wife pregnancy complication & after pregnancy complication. I have tried to come before 180 days 2 times but on the both the date, I have to cancelled my ticket due to care to be taken for wife & daughter. I have all documents & report with me.

I am not too sure what are the option available to me. Shall I still go for ILR under 5 years rules or shall I go for another (Second) extension?

Please advice.

Hi All,

Please advice on the previous issue. One more thing, when I checked on the PBC today, my B.COM from Maharaja Sayajirao Uni, gives 30 points for Education but 10 points for English requirement is not giving while previously I have been awarded (i.e initial application & on first extension).

Does this mean I have to appear for English test?

Thanks
