Hi All,

I was wondering if we have to submit a HMRC letter showing tax payments of the last five years when applying for ILR under Tier 1 general category.

Looking at a few topics in the forum, people mention it in there check list.

I have my appointment booked in couple of weeks, and don't think I can get this document so fast.

Please reply.

Submit your P60's for the 5 years, that is all that should be required as this will show your tax paid.
