I am also planning to buy a house. Being on Tier 1 am little apprehensive about buying my own house.

You can use RBS @10-15% deposit for First time buyer,
Halifax or Barclays,
[I took the mortgae when i was in PSW,
Iam with RBS, [Holding Tier1-GNow]
