Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 1 ET dependent

Hi,

I recently switched from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 Exceptional talent visa . My wife and kids are going shortly for Biometrics to change from Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 1 ET dependent. They already spent 3 years as PBS dependent.

I saw in another post that the 5 year clock for ILR will reset for dependents (spouse) if they change from Tier 2 ICT (PBS) dependent to Tier 2 general visa. So, just want to confirm if my dependents 5 year clock will be reset or will they continue to be in same PBS dependent category and just need to spend 2 years for ILR?
