Documents required for Stage 2 Global Talent Visa

Hi everyone,

Greetings from India. I have recently got endorsed by The Royal Society during Stage 1 application of Global Talent Visa iunder Exceptional Promise category. I have filled up the application for Stage 2. However I am not clear about the documents that I need to submit during Stage 2 application. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi! Congrats on your endorsement.
Stage 2 applications are usually straightforward. Have you submitted the application yet? You will get a checklist with the required documents once you do.
To preview, you will need to submit your passport, TB test results (assuming you are applying from India) and a copy of your endorsement email.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have already submitted my application for Stage 2. However the things are not clear about whether should I show any accommodation proof and financial statement. These are mentioned in the checklist but I do not find them in the GTV guidance pdf.

Accommodation and finances are definitely not assessed for the purposes of GTV. Are they listed under 'mandatory documents'?

Sorry my experience might be not useful for you -- I applied from within UK so different set of papers. I hope someone with a recent experience from outside the UK comes along.

No they are listed under "Other documents". So I guess this may be optional.

yes, 'optional' stuff is generic, just ignore it.
