ILR eligibility - Switch from Tier 2 to Tier 1 Exceptional Talent

Hi

I have completed 5 years in UK with a combination of initial 2 years on Tier2 ICT Main Migrant and recent 3 years on Tier2 General Dependent.

Now, I am planning to switch to Tier 1 Exceptional Talent VISA. Will I be eligible to apply for an ILR as soon as I have Tier 1 Exceptional Talent VISA in hand? Or do I need to wait for another 3 years on Tier1 Visa before applying for ILR?

Is there a helpline to home office or email, where I can call or write for the advice?

Regards

You cannot combine pbs main visa holder time with obs dependent visa time to make up 5 years for ILR.

Your 5 year ILR clock resets when you switch to tier 1 et.

Tier 2 ICT does not lead to ILR based on 5 years residence either so that does not count.

Yout quickest route to ILR is to remain as pbs dependent for another 2 years.
