Hi All,

First of all, good luck with your application!

Im filling in the form for stage 2 and Im confused with 2 questions that seem to be very similar:

Section: Current status
Question: What type of residence permit or visa do you have?

Section: Current immigration status
Question: What is your current immigration status in the UK?

I'm a tier 2 visa (general) holder and I have my BRP card where it is written. Can anyone help me here? As I have the same answer for both questions: Tier 2 (general) visa

Yes, seems like a duplicate. I answered same to both, the application was successful.

the questions stay the same, sounds not a glitch. the two questions may have different intentions however i think it is the best answer i can have... anyone has a second understanding?
