Where and how to apply for endorsements?

Hi I’m sry if this doubt appears silly
I have some doubts on how to apply for endorsements from RAE.
I’m from Singapore. I wish to apply for Tier 1 visa promise.

I went to this site and filled my details but there was no link for the application of endorsement. I went to RAe web page but email id provided got bounced. So I’m confused where and how to apply for endorsements?
Can any one please explain me?

I entered all the details then after pressing the declaration. It has two options
1) to go ihs and make payment
2)save and continue
When I clicked save and continue
I got a msg pay I have not answered a query and directs me to ihs. When I entered ihs it request me to pay 3800 sgd and I’m not able to continue I humbly request pls don’t share the link

You have to pay IHS. It is mandatory for all visas. Not sure why you believe you don't have to pay it.

It is a very huge amount to pay even before I get my endorsement.
I’m not worried about paying but my query is to pay even before endorsements

IHS is payable as part of the VISA application, NOT the endorsement stage!!

When I clicked this link and enter my information I’m taken to ihs webpage.
So only I need a clarification from you where to apply for endorsement please

Hi sure but I’m also more confused on the link for endorsements.
I’m not getting proper reply how to apply for endorsements from home office, Solicitor or advisor.
Everyone is giving the same link
And when I apply via the link
I get this issue of ihs n no proper link for endorsements

Actually when I click apply online it has taken to me for stage 2.
Thats why I’m confused why I’m not getting the link for endorsement.
Even the Solicitor whom I initially contacted didn’t notice it. I just on going through the pdf file, I noticed it was for stage 2
