Police Registration for a PBS dependant person whose partner has just got an ILR

(Posting here because I could not find the right section for PBS dependent related questions, sorry. If there is a better section for this question, could you move it, please, if appropriate.)
Could you help, please. I have just been approved with my ILR application (before I have had a Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa). My partner is on the Tier PBS dependant visa. We are both from the countries, for which it is a requirement to be registered with the police (and we have been registered).
I am going to send my certificate to the police because I am not longer in need to be registered.
Now, I am slightly confused, does my partner need to update the police that she is no longer in need of the police registration (if she is not indeed)? I find slightly confusing the Immigration Rules text (part 10, paragraphs 325-326, section (2).): https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... the-police
Could you advise, please, if anyone has had experience with it in similar circumstances?
