180 days absence calculation for main applicant and other family members

Dear Admin I Have 2 3 enquiries please help me with these questions.
1. i Recieved tier 1 exceptional talent visa from 25/08/2019 to 25/12/2024 and my after that i applied for my family they recieved visa from 08/11/2019 to 25/12/2024. my question is their absence will be count from 08/11/2019 when they recieved visa or when my visa started from 25/08/2019.
2. Is my wife and kids have same same absences rule of 180 days in a rolling year to Eligible for ILR or they don't have any requirements to apply for ILR in future.
3. Its mentioned that to be eligible i have to earn some money in the same profession in which i was get endorsement. can you please brief definition of Some money.
