I am planning to apply ILR on the basis of TIER 1 in Ist week of April. Just a quick question
How much maintenance is required to show in the bank account for
1) Tier 1 dependant???
2) For the main applicant
3) For how many months maintenance amount should be kept in account ???

There is NO maintenance fund requirment for ILR.

Still I don't need to show maintenance for her

You will need to show evidence of maintenance for dependants and also pay for IHS surcharge. go through the guidance note on .gov website to get the details.
