Hi All
I am applying for endorsement under the Academic fast track route, job offer.
I have the HR letter and recommendation from a highly reputable educational institution in the UK (it is approved as sponsor to GTV visa), where all requirements for endorsement are met, except for the number of the academic, research or innovation representatives that were on the interview panel.
I have only one academic, research or innovation representatives in my interview panels instead of the required three.
The endorsement body is The British Academy.

Do you think I will be rejected endorsement because of this ?

The statement of guarantee should address all the elements listed by the endorsing body as part of the endorsement application.

Ask your employer to draft the statement following the guidance. They should be able to do that if you're eligible for this route.

I discussed with my employer and they are happy to issue me the statement of guarantee, and they will address all requirements.
BUT they said that when it come to the requirement to have 3 academic, research or innovation representatives interviewers on the interview panel, they will say that only 1 interviewer meets this criteria.

My question is ... What is the chance for my endorsement application to get rejected due to this reason only.

This is a question to be responded by the endorsing body.

The BA will contact the employer if further clarification on any item in the statement is needed. It'll be difficult for anyone here to determine what the decision would be.
