Urgent -Tier 2 ICT visa switch required.

Hi Experts,

I am on tier 2 ICT visa since Oct 2008 for a same company in UK.wanted to apply for ILR in oct 2013 however my company is sending me back to india this december 2012. My visa is expiring on jan 2013.

I am a test lead in a popular bank based in Reading and looking actively for a sponsorship or tier 2 general visa.

Please advice on tier 2 sponsorship companies and will i have any chance to get a sponsorsh in next 1.5 months.. Pls help.

I am willing to relocate From 100 miles from Reading. I have 7 years of expeirence in functional testig experience in payments domain in a bank.
