FLR(M) English test requirment

Dear Sir/Madam

I am on Tier 1 General visa and my wife on Tier 1 dependent visa. I will be eligible ILR application in August 2012. I got married last year, so My wife 2 years will not be completed in Aug 2012.

Does she go through English language test?

Could you please confirm asap? I would appreciate your help.

She need to pass Level A1 Egnlish test.

What exam she need to go through? and what is easy exam?

Another option: If she has done a degree which was taught in English & UK Naric confirms it then she can attach the confirmation from UK Naric & can skip the exam.
