Query about ILETS score & Bank Statement

I am going to apply suppose visa for my wife from Pakistan. I can understand she needs to do ILETS test before we the put the application. Please advise what is the minimum score required in ILETS?

I know that sponsor have to meet salary requirements for suppose visa and I also need to submit my bank statement with application. Please advise do I need to keep certain amount of money in bank account for visa application or meeting the salary threshold requirement is enough?
