Documents regarding Tier-1 General dependent Visa(Spouse)

Hi,

I am going to apply for Tier-1 dependent Visa for my wife from India.
I have stayed in UK for more than 2 years now and salaried employee.

1. What is the maintenance funds requirement for this dependent Visa and for how long i should show the bank statements?
2. Can i show my saving account in UK as proof of maintenance for my wife?
3. I am currently holding P60 form for financial year 2011 - 2012(until March). is it sufficient?
4. What are the list of minimum mandated documents required for this Tier-1 dependent visa?

Any other important points which i need to consider. Please let me know.
