Hi Gurus/Moderators,

Please advice.

I am totally confused as check all the links to get the right answer for my query.

I am on ILR and my wife on Tier 1(G) dependents, I have a UK born son presently in India. I want to apply for his settlement visa as don't want to apply for MN1 and register him as British.

My simple questions is

Does FM applies in my case for a UK born child? i.e. Salary of £22600

I have gone through hundrends and hundreds of threads to find the correct answer even on the UKBA site its not giving me the right answer.

Please please do let me know.
