adult son outside the UK

Post by sadol40 » Sat Mar 30, 2013 8:09 pm

Hi all,

i have a close relative whcih asked the following questions and i wasn't sure on how to best advise.

Basically she is here on refugee visa and would like to bring her son over as she is quite old and can not return to her country of her origin to meet his son and etc . this is not just simple visit but rather being together and not seeing each other once every 2-3 years (he son making a trip to the UK).

She has been refugee for less than a year. is there anything she can do for her son ?

Why is she a refugee and not her son too?

Personally, it's a waste of time responding to questions from third-parties as they never have the facts.
