Some documents not returned

Hello all,

Last week my wife received her BRP.

Her passport and some other documents were also returned on the same day.

However some very important documents were not returned with the passport etc.

Does anyone know the procedure for getting these documents back? Is it the same process as requesting documents back for an outstanding application?
