Applied for Spouse Visa from outside UK and it has been denied for reasons below:
1. As evidence of your relationship you submitted a marriage certificate. You have chosen to submit just 3 photographs as evidence of your relationship. Aside from the marriage certificate and this very limited photographic evidence, therefore no further evidence of a subsisting relationship or indeed of any contact between you. I therefore am not satisfied your relationship with your sponsor is genuine and subsisting or that you intend to live together permanently in the UK.I therefore refuse your application under paragraph EC-P.1 .1(d) of Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules.(E-ECP.2.6&2.10)
2. Financial requirement; ECO Reasons for refusals. Your sponsor is not exempt from financial requirements as defined paragraph E-ECP.3.3.You have not provided six months of bank statements and payslips as evidence of your sponsor's gross income from their employment. These documents are specified in Immigration Rules in Appendix FM-SE and must be provided. I therefore refuse your application under paragraph EC-P.1.1(d)of Appendix FM of the immigration rules (E-ECP.3.1)
3.English Language Requirement; ECO Reasons for Refusals. Not Applicable
Firstly, I need to understand what point 3 means and if it is a reason for refusal. Another note is 1. There are no clear guidance on what evidence to submit and if primary mode of communication was telephone then how does one prove the communication[ Whatsapp texts etc]? I did miss instructions on point 2 as I only submitted 3 months payslips [As required for proof of earnings category A].
They denied me a Visa and stamped my passport [What is the significance] ? And can I reapply..is there a time I need to wait before submitting another application? Is there any point at all in appealing the decision?
