Post by junni4u » Thu May 30, 2013 1:05 pm

Dear Members,

Good After noon,

I have got a quick query about spouse Flr(m) , my query is about Tier 1 dependent switching to Flr (m), she has been here since from August 2007 as PBS dependent in different categories Student, PSW finally Tier 1 Dependent.

Is she still come under Esol requirement and cohabitation requirement

Your response will be highly appreciated.

Dear D4109125,

Thank you for your reply, just to clarify my spouse is coming in old rules so she does not need to pass esol english test but I am still not certain about co-habitation requirment.

please reply and accept apologies for late reponse.
