Spouse Visa for second marriage.

I am divorced and have second marriage. The visa was issue for the first wife and has been canceled. Now going to apply for visa for second wife.

Could you please advise me on following queries?

1. What documents need to submit from the first marriage/ divorce?
2. I have my own accommodation(mortgage) and planning to submit my floor plan, room measurements and picture to confirm its not overcrowded. Do you think i really need to submit house inspection report?
3. I am on 30K plus income and don't have any saving or other income. Do you think I am on safe side from new financial requirements? what exactly I need to submit to confirm financial requirements?
