Post by palashpur » Sun Jun 23, 2013 9:13 pm

Hi Everybody, Hope you are well. When my ILR ( 10 years) application was under consideration. That time i applied via flr (O) application for my wife. Unless she was going overstay. I applied for her FLR(O) application because that time i wasn't settled in U.K. Alhamdulliallh, Now i got my ILR. But my wife FLR (O) application still under consideration. If her FLR(O) application will success. After that can she apply for FLR(M) application? Thanks

Hi, Thanks for your response. I made couple of mistake. I live in 2 bedroom flat. I took tenant agreement with my name. Now my rent is high. Although i gave rent 1 room. In Flr M application they ask everything. Such as is anybody live with you? As well Government law is if room rented for more then £4250. I have to pay tax. So if i mentioned my room mate name is it O.K
