Visitor Visa Appealing

Post by Kaley » Mon Aug 12, 2013 7:40 pm

Hello All,

I am once again back to this forum to get help regarding my parents visitor visa refusal. It seems like I can never work out with UK Visa even after living here for such long time in this Country.

Last month, I did applied my parents visitor visa, when I was back home, however it go refused. In application I did mention, I am supporting 500GBP in average/ month & my sister 250 USD/ month. However we used to send every now and then ( not like every month) via money transfer and sometimes directly through bank. In bank statement it appears only as transfer in ( not any sender details or bank through it has been transfer). Recently me and my sister transfer quite bit of money to buy property back home. Now Entry Clearance Officer has stated: I NOTED THIS ACCOUNT DOESN'T REFLECT ANY MONTHLY PAYMENT THE AMOUNT THAT YOU SAY YOU RECEIVE MONTHLY ( ie 500GBP & 250 USD). HOWEVER THERE ARE LARGE STANDING ORDER AND TRANSFER PAYMENT INTO ACCOUNT, THE ORIGIN OF WHICH IS UNKNOWN. THIS CAUSE ME TO DOUBT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE IN XYZ COUNTRY.

We also submitted property valuation report with notarised translation of property (in English). However we did not submit original document or property as it was in our national language. ( I believed British High Commission only accepted English Translated documents). Now Entry Clearance Office has stated: Your document has not been accompanied by the documents upon which they are based rendering them of little evidential value of circumstances.

Your right of appeal is limited to the grounds referred to in section 81 (c) of the Nationality.

Now my question is, Can i appeal against the decision. What will be chances to overturn this decision?

Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Regards

If the application was after 25 June then there is no right of appeal but for discrimination. You should reapply if you can satisfy the reasons for refusal.
