Incorrect Details on BioMetric Letter

Hi,

I have applied for SET(LR) two months ago and today i received Bio Metric Letter.

I was soo exicited but when i read the letter i was too stress about the working Standard of HO.

The Bio Metric Letter has 2 incorrect details

1. Nationality ( Incorrect )
2. Title - Mrs ( Incorrect) - i m Mr.

I m extending my VISA from Last 10yrs... send 2 passports... BRP(my nationality) etc....

How irresponsible are these HO staff...

Now, I called HO and mention about the incorrect details, the guys on the phone took my case reference and said he email to the department who issues Bio Metric letters, and said you will updated letter in 15 working days and ignore the previous letter...


I gave Bio Metric details nearly 3 times already and paid £19.50 each time...

HO is charging hell of the money and dont have a proper system...

* Applicant has to give Bio Metric every time ?
* How can a sill mistakes happen when an application applying from last 10yrs, Dont have an automatic system which reads all info store ?
