Visa Sub-Type - Help?

Hello

Hope someone can answer this quickly,

My wife is applying from Pakistan and we recently got married, however we have submitted the application as under visa sub-type 'Marriage'. She is submitting and doing bio-metric on Thursday, however i am unsure if this was correct now as you also have the option to select Wife or Husband. Does Marriage mean getting married in the UK?

Reason for Visit : Settlement
Visa Type : Settlement
Visa Sub Type : Marriage

If this is incorrect? do i ask for refund and submit new application in time.

Plus another question do you have to send every page of the sponsor passport copy certified. Or main bio page would do?

She should select Visa Sub Type as Wife

Reason for Visit : Settlement
Visa Type : Settlement
Visa Sub Type : Wife

Apart from Online application form is she submitting any other form ?
