FLR (M) and job contract

Post by questioner11 » Sun Jul 06, 2014 4:33 pm

Hi All, Please i need some help and i apologize if this has been posted before.

1) I am on Tier 2 General and my wife is my dependent on PBS. I am going to apply for the ILR on long residence basis and i have learned that i have to apply using FLR (M) form for my wife. is this correct?

2) I will be applying for the ILR long residence in August 2014. My wife currently holds Tier 2 Dependent PBS visa until January 2015. I want to ask especially related to the maintenance

My current work contract finishes in December 2014 (and hoping to renew it however is uncertain). What should I write for the maintenance, my annual salary has been above £18K for the last 2 years.

I am confused just because my current contract finishes just a month before my wife's FLR (M) application, Will the Home Office accept my previous year's salary or they want the sponsor to be at work when the dependant applies?

3) This question is about my application SET (LR), I had a traffic offence LC20 due to broken brake light back in 2006 which has now been spent. Should I mention this in my ILR application or not?

I will really appreciate any answers.
Regards
