Is my son eligible....?

Hi everyone,

I live in the UK and hold a Dutch passport.

My wife is non-EEA and lives with me in the UK holding a 5 year British Residence Card.

Our son was recently born in the UK.

Will he be eligible for a British Passport, if so, based on what conditions?

It will depend on how long you have been in the UKand what you have been doing during that period.
