Cannot apply for 10 Years?? Please HELP!!

Hello,

Last month I applied for my wife's visa and forgot to tick the boxes which said if has been declined visa before,
if extended the visa and if voluntarily left the country because I forgot to go back to these questions as I skipped them.
Now she received:
Refusal on grounds 320 (7A) & 320 (7B)

I am British Citizen and she is Yemeni Citizen and I am a doctor (New) and we are living in Germany.
She has the 5 year Family Member of EU Citizen Permit from Germany.
My question, Is it true that she cannot apply for 10 years now to Germany as we are really worried and if there is anything we can do???

Did you apply for a UK visa? Or for an EU family permit for the UK?

We Applied for a Family Visit Visa to UK.
