Anyone know current processing times for UK fiancee visa for Filipina? And why do some go through so fast but others take months?

The current statistics show that 92% are processed in 60 days and 98% in 90 days. Applications that require further checks will take longer than those that are straightforward.

Sorry yes I know that's what the stats state for July, but I wondered if anyone knew from experience? Or if many people here are waiting?
