Dear sir/ ma'am/friends,
I've been refuse 2 times for Marriage visa within 1 month period. Here's my situation ;
I am planning to marriage in UK, my fiancee is EEA (Slovakia). Currently he's working in UK. Our plan is after getting marriage in UK, I'll go to my husband country and apply for PR. But unfortunately, VFS Bangkok refuse my visa application. On my refusal letter stated that I couldn't satisfied them because I can't demonstrated any evidence of any ties that would provide a reason to return back to my home country (Indonesia) at the end of my proposed visit.
I had explained in my statement letter that after marriage in UK, I'll flying to Slovak - UK in multiple visits due to my time frame is limited (visa granted 45 days in Schengen area). I do mention also that I definitely need to go back to my hometown (Indonesia) bcoz We will arrange traditional weeding and since Sept I had resign from my professional job. And by the way I'll stay in Slovakia once my Slovak PR granted. And definetely will going back to Indonesia if my both visa will be expired while Slovak PR not granted yet.
Please help, what kind of evidence I need to give to the VFS? I am getting nervous since all wedding preparation both in UK and my hometown are depending with my UK marriage visa approval.
Really appreciate for your help/suggestions.
