Eligibility for ILR

Post by juniorr » Thu Sep 18, 2014 9:04 pm

Could you please help and advise me

The main applicant was granted ILR on the basis of long residency in December 2013 and my dependent was granted the below-
• Tier 1 PSW dependent in June 2012.
• FLR (M) in January 2014

My questions are-
1. Will the 2 years spent as PSW dependent which was granted before July 2012 count towards the qualifying period of her ILR?
2. Do I need to show any income threshold?

I really appreciate all your replies and thank you very much in advance for your time.

yes your partner will be able to amalgamate time spend as your dependent and that spent as a person with FLR(M) , in order to obtain ILR.
