Tier 1 dependent visa

Hi every one,
I am on tier 1 dependent visa from 13 mar 2013 till 29 jan 2015. My husband got his ilr on 31 mar 2014. I am due for my visa on 29 jan 2015. Can any one suggest me for what visa should i switch to. Should i just extend my visa as a tier 1 dependent or should i have to switch to some other visa type. Please suggest me. And i am to going to india for more than 2 months, i will be coming back around 30 dec 2014. Is it ok to enter into this country around that date or should i come before 1 month
