can spouse visa application fee be made in cash?

Hi

My husband will be making the vaf4a spouse visa application very soon in Ethiopia.I would like to know if he can make a cash payment of the fees when he attends the visa centre for his appointment? The visa website in Ethiopia does not say much about this.He does not have a credit card to pay with which is the problem.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me on this matter.

You need to fill an application online,pay and submit first. He doesn't have to pay as you can do the payment by filling the form here,he can then print it over there. I don't think he can pay cash.you can check teleperformance site in Ethiopia.
