Travelling Back to the UK without a Passport (with BRP only)

Hi all,



Can I enter the UK with my biometric residence card only, without a passport?

If not, can I enter the UK with a refugee travel document from an EU country which has my date of birth flipped, e.g. instead of 7/8/1980 it was written wrong 8/7/1980, my BRP has my correct DOB

I have the 10 year route permit.

I can't get a passport from the country of my citizenship, due to embassy closure and a war going there.
