I was granted leave to remain on discretionary basis (Not point based Tier 1, 2, 4 or 5).
I have valid BRP and I need to change my name on it.
I have deed poll certificate.
What form do I need to fill?
1. Change of circumstances form (form MCC) or
2. Form BRP(RC)
