Advice needed for Spouse Visa URGENT

I need some advice as to what is the rule on Immigration about the below

I am a British citizen and my wife is an Indian citizen

My wife is currently in UK now and have now got her spouse visa

Now I have been offered a job overseas (non EU Country) and my wife visa renewal is due in about a year

So need advice how this will effect me and my wife

Would the home office renew the visa

If you need to ask me more question I am happy to answer

I'm afraid they won't, but you might be able to reapply when you choose to return to UK with the law in place then.
