Spouse Visa: 'Your UK visa application has been resolved'

Hi folks....

My wife applied for UK spouse visa and informed that she received an e-mail titled 'Your UK visa application has been resolved'.
Therefore, from your experience I'd like to know what it actually means, thanks...
