Child dependents

Post by kdiglas78 » Fri Feb 06, 2015 9:55 pm

I am a British citizen and my wife is a US citizen and we have been married for 10 years. We have two children together who are British citizens by birth. We recently decided to move to the UK (I was brought up and lived here until my early 20's). I am in the UK with the children where I have secured the necessary work to sponsor her visa. On the Visa4UK application it asks her if she has any dependent children. Should she answer yes or no? They are living in the UK with me, and that is what is causing our confusion.

Thanks.

Well if the children are under 18 then the answer would be yes and you can state they are british etc.
