Clarification

Post by wagz73 » Tue Aug 21, 2007 11:13 am

I got married in Oct 2005 at which point my wife had ILR. She came back to the UK immediately after our wedding. I came over in Nov 2005 and left Jan 2006. I returned to the UK in Feb 2006 and left in April 2006. I later obtained my SV in June 2006 and returned to the UK in Aug 2006. My wife has since been granted BC

I have read about the Ppron method and was wondering if it would apply to me, and if it does how would i approach the application? When would it be the right time to put my application?

Need more details...
1.Where did you get married? When did you first arrive in the UK and under what status?
2.Can you detail why you left/returned so many times - what visa/s did you have? How long have you been in the UK?
And SV = spouse visa? It could also mean student visa...!

We got married in Kenya. Came to the UK for the first time in 1993 as a student and left in 1999. Reason for leaving was that i still had to sort out a few things before moving here permanently and also to apply for my spouse visa. During this time i was on a visitors visa. I do have a spouse visa
