Out of Time Appeal FLR (FP)

I appeal for my Mrs FLR (FP) refusal at FTT on the 6th January 2015 and opted for paper hearing and then on 26 January 2015 I asked to change it to oral hearing by paying the relevant fee (which was approved and FTT return the paper hearing fee)

Then I received a letter from FTT about out of time appeal due to some misunderstanding with the court respondent mention last date of appeal.

I answered it back on time at 2nd March 2015.

Until now I have not received any oral hearing date. I phone them today and been told it still under consideration with judge to resolve this “out of time appeal” matter

Has some one faced such issue or anyone has any idea what will happen.
Approximately when they will issue me the oral hearing date?
Besides I am in central Scotland so appeal will be in Glasgow.
