FLR (O) not accepted under human rights

Hi there

I have submitted a FLR(O) application with a fee waiver application, as my case under the human right, im an overstayer student, my wife is British on her 5 months in pregnancy, we expecting our baby on August, as im not allowed to work and my wife is just on benefits, i dont have the 600 pounds for the fee, my brothers use to send very littel amount of money for my bread and butter.

the home office replied lately saying that my application for the fee waiver is not accepted as i didnt show them that im poor, and they can see in my passport that im not allowed to work and i have no bank account. they said that im gonna be considered for a new fee waiver application that will be released spring 2015.

im in a big trouble, me and my partner have no flat to live, no money, no job , nothing ready for the baby, i dont know what to do ??

Can anyone help please with any clue as i cant take a lawyer
